"WOW!!! I can’t say enough positive things about the Orkin team who helped my family & me from start to finish! Every team member was incredibly nice, caring, thoughtful, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient! They all got down to business immediately! Their work ethic was greatly appreciated! And the icing on the cake was their price…they were about $200 less than one of their competitors! I would highly recommend Orkin!!

Starting with the person who took my initial call (sorry, I can’t remember his name) who was very helpful by listening to my concerns that I was having with springtails, & sharing info with me (a possible plan & cost).
Next, Morgan, Orkin’s Customer Care Specialist, reached out to me with a follow-up, to discuss a local discount & service plan options. She told me that her team (a home inspector & a pest control tech) could come to my house the next day! She was so helpful & nice!
The next day, much to my surprise, not only did Will, the Pest Control Tech,, and Colton, the Home Inspector, show up, but both of their supervisors (Emily, Branch Manager, & Kyle, Residential Service Manager) did as well ! They just happened to be on a ride along that particular day, so it was very nice having all 4 experts at my house to provide the service!
The team started by inspecting around the exterior of my house, and then inspected the interior from top to bottom. It was determined that they would not only spray for spring tails, but spray for many other kinds of bugs around the exterior of the house and throughout the interior of the house as well. My service plan includes them spraying another application one month later, and then they will come back every other month, for a total of a year’s worth of service. After the year of service is up, my service will automatically continue, unless I let them know otherwise.
Emily, Kyle, Will & Colton did such an amazing job at my house! They were very thorough and prompt. They were also very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and did a great job of explaining their process.
After the initial service at my house was completed, I had a follow up phone call from Morgan, and a follow up text message from Madison to review my account and service agreement. They wanted to make sure that I was happy with their service, & I appreciated that!
In the next day or two, after the initial pest control treatment, we saw an immediate improvement with our Springtail problems! It was such a relief! So glad they will come back in a month for a follow up application, and then come every other month for a total of a year’s worth of service. Also, if we notice any pest control problems in between the times that they are supposed to come back, we are just supposed to let them know and they will come as many extra times as we need them, and that additional service will be no extra cost to us. That really gives us a peace of mind, knowing that!
